Terms of Service

1. Service Description
Faberlog is a job management software-as-a-service platform designed for skilled tradespeople. It provides tools for managing customers, jobs, work phases, payments, invoices, and file attachments.
2. Account Registration
You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
3. Free Plan
Faberlog offers a Free plan with the following limitations:
- Maximum 10 active jobs at any time (statuses Quote, Approved, or In progress)
- Unlimited customers
- File attachments
- PDF invoices and WhatsApp sharing
We reserve the right to modify the Free plan limitations at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Pro Plan
Pro is billed in Nigerian Naira via Paystack at ₦4,500 per month or ₦45,000 per year (display EUR equivalents may appear on marketing pages). Checkout only works when Paystack keys and plan codes are configured on the server. Cancel from Settings → Billing; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period unless a renewal fails and the grace period expires.
Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. User Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Faberlog, including customer information, job details, work phases, payment records, and file attachments. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion removes your database records immediately and deletes stored files associated with your account from object storage. You can export your data from Settings as JSON or CSV. Contact support@faberlog.com if you need help with an export.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Upload malicious code or files
- Use the Service to store illegal content
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Free plan is provided on a “best effort” basis with no guaranteed uptime SLA.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your account data and associated files are removed as described in section 5. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with reasonable notice where practicable.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faberlog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
