Yes. Upgrade from Pricing or Upgrade. Cancel from Settings → Billing; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
Your data stays safe. You can still view and edit all existing records. Downgrading only limits new active jobs and removes Pro-only features such as email invoices.
No trial — the Free plan is free forever. Pro is charged via Paystack when you upgrade.
Open Settings → Billing and choose Cancel subscription. You keep Pro until the renewal date, then the account returns to Free.
